Personal addresses are a perk — you're not required to use the store's format. Staff addresses should generally stay on the business template.
Your account isn't marked as a personal account, so it's locked to the business template. Ask an admin to enable this on the Mailbox Access tab if this should change.
Combined with the store's signature template and whatever promo is currently scheduled, and added automatically to every message you send.
Replies once per sender while this is on, so people aren't spammed. Checks for new mail every few minutes, even if you're not logged in.

One-time cutover tool (#806): Doteasy's mail server marks a message \Seen the moment any POP3 client downloads it, even if nobody has actually opened it. Once POP3 clients are shut off, use this to clear the unread indicator's false state across every account's Inbox, so it's trustworthy going forward. Sent/Archive/Junk aren't touched -- POP3 never sees those.
days, across every account
Import a contact export (vCard or LDIF) into the shared address book database. Never reads an app's own database directly -- Mac Contacts and SeaMonkey both store contacts in undocumented/fragile formats, so every source app should export through its own File > Export feature first (vCard is the most common option; look for "Export vCard" or similar). Writes to bandstand_invoice.addressbook_* -- built to carry over cleanly once the planned central customer database (#284) actually exists, without needing a second import later.
